Principal Tamela Allen leads the Raptors at Randle Elementary School. She has 23 years of experience in education, all dedicated to serving students and families. Mrs. Allen has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her career and most recently served as principal of Tamarron Elementary. She earned her degrees from the University of Houston and the University of Houston–Victoria and is passionate about cultivating a safe and engaging learning environment where students feel valued and inspired to reach their full potential. As a proud graduate of Lamar Consolidated High School, Mrs. Allen is committed to serving the community she calls home and ensuring every student is supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.
